How does the process work?
when a patient contacts Kadem Medical, our qualified consultants conduct an initial consultation to understand their health concerns and request any relevant medical documents and clinical tests. If necessary, we can assist in translating and legalising documents through a trusted partner company, offering preferential rates and conditions for our clients. Based on our assessment, the patients documents are forwarded to hospitals specialising in the relevant medical field. After discussions with medial teams, the patient receives one or several treatment options.

Once treatment proposals from multiple hospitals are recieved, we review and discuss the treatment plan with the patient. If desired, we schedule appointments and tests, accomodating the patients preferences and co-ordinating with specialists availability.
We handle all logistics
We arrange everything, including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, local transfers, interpreters and any other services the patient might require.

Additionally, Kadem Medical has local representation to oversee the entire process, offering support and reassurance to patients and their families throughout their stay and treatment abroad.

Your transfer on the territory of Turkey will be comfortably managed by members of our team. So you do not need to worry about making your way to the hospital. With every appointment at the hospital, your transfer will be ready to pick you up and return you back to your hotel. When your procedures are done, you will be transferred to the airport.
